The Texas A&M Maritime Academy Redisence Hall includes two residential wings that connect to a central commons area. The
commons area comprises of a mix of classrooms, study lounges, flexible social spaces, staff and midshipmen offices, a reception
area, common laundry area, a convenience store and storage spaces. The new midshipmen residence hall is part of the university’s efforts to provide a positive living-learning opportunity for students. Hunt Companies is designing, developing and constructing 
the $45 million project in conjunction with Florida-based Moss & Associates. The 201,825 gsf project is 6 stories, has 612 beds, and 538 parking spaces.
