Located across the street from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, Stadium View offers brand new 1, 2, 4 and 5
bedroom student apartments and townhomes. Residents can study or play hard in the student-focused community amenities,
including: The Lodge – stylish community clubhouse with billiards, poker table and flat screen TVs throughout. Other amenities
include a state-of-the-art fitness center, custom gaming room, study lounge, tanning bed, ski and bike tuning shop, and The
Hangout – an outdoor courtyard with two spacious hot tubs, and a large fire pit. The project included stem wall on rammed
aggregate pier design with crawl space foundations of concrete footings. Level one club facilities was designed with steel moment
frames.
